Woodmont Properties, a commercial and residential developer, today announced the implementation of a $10 million renovation for 400 Alexander Park located in West Windsor Township.
The planned renovations for the 71,000-square-foot building will enhance the overall energy performance of the property to attain LEED certification. The building is undergoing a complete renovation, which includes a new curtainwall system, a redesign of the lobby and all core areas including elevators, restrooms, new mechanical, electrical equipment and heat. The renovations will also include a computer controlled energy management system and a two-story atrium lobby. Upon completion, 400 Alexander will be transformed into a sustainable, efficient and innovative building.

Situated in one of the Princeton area’s premiere office parks, 400 Alexander is within three miles of downtown Princeton and Princeton University and located a half mile from the Princeton Junction train station, with access to NJ Transit and Amtrak with services to NY Penn Station, Philadelphia and Washington DC. The property is also only a half mile off of Route 1 and is in close proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstates 105, 295 and Route 130.
