WDSrx – Woodfield Distribution, LLC, a logistics services provider, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at their new Dayton location. The ceremony was attended by community and corporate leaders.
WDSrx, based in Boca Raton, FL works with pharmaceutical manufacturers to safely and efficiently move medications within the supply chain to dispensers and patients. The company is realizing a strategic plan to operate distribution centers in key pharmaceutical markets around the country to be closer to clients and patient populations.
New Jersey is the first WDSrx location in the Northeast, expanding a network that includes hubs in Florida and Texas.
Dignitaries including South Brunswick Township Mayor Charlie Carley along with Council members Joe Camarota, Jr.,Jo Hochman and Archana “Ann” Grover, NJ State Assemblyman Andrew Zwicker and Cathy Scangarella of ChooseNJ jointly cut the ribbon at the front entrance before taking a tour of the 63,500 square foot warehouse and distribution center.
According to State Assemblyman Zwicker, “Innovation and technology are key factors contributing to business growth in New Jersey. Companies like WDSrx contribute to our State economy from a business perspective and also as leaders in their field to attract new businesses.”
In a statement, Adam Runsdorf, President of WDSrx, based in Boca Raton, FL, and a graduate of Rutgers University, said “Our role at WDSrx in our new Dayton facility is to provide healthcare supply chain solutions to help patients access treatment as soon as possible. We thank South Brunswick Township, the State of New Jersey and Choose New Jersey, Inc. for their support in helping us make our new distribution facility in New Jersey a reality.”
