Valley National Bank Appoints First Senior Vice President, Investor Relations Officer

Valley National Bank, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Wayne-based Valley National Bancorp, announces the appointment of Rick Kraemer to first senior vice president, investor relations officer.

Kraemer brings more than 17 years of investment management, research and analytics experience to his position.  As the Investor Relations Officer, he is responsible for serving as a liaison between the institutional community and Valley. Additionally, he will be providing strategic insight towards future business development and potential business combinations to support Valley’s growth.

“Rick brings extensive investment relations experience to Valley, which will broaden and deepen the scope of services available to our shareholders,” remarked Alan D. Eskow, Senior executive vice president and chief financial officer.  “He is an accomplished banking professional who will add significant value to both our team and clients.”
