Unique Modular Approach to HRO Allows Small Businesses to Remain with Their Current Vendors

AdminiSMART, Eatontown, launches an alternative solution that allows small businesses to acquire essential human resources services without the high price tag of a PEO (Professional Employer Organization).   The official launch date for AdminiSMART EZ HR (their “Un-PEO” service) is April 1, 2018.

AdminiSMART believes its solution provides businesses too small to afford their own HR department with an outsourced solution that is both flexible and significantly more cost effective.   ADP, Paychex and PEOs, which generally charge an administrative fee of $100-200 per employee per month, offer their clients a comprehensive solution that includes payroll, HR services, employee benefits and workers compensation. AdminiSMART’s EZ HR provides a modular approach which allows clients to keep their current payroll vendor and insurance broker(s). The fees, which depend on which modules are selected, can be as low as $25 per month.
