Terrance Huettl Promoted to EVP at Whitesell

Delran-based The Whitesell organization, one of New Jersey’s largest, privately held real estate development and management companies, announces that Terrance J. Huettl has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Huettl joined Whitesell in 1997 and had previously served as Vice President of Development and Leasing Representative.

In his new role, Huettl will assist in the company’s strategic planning and ongoing efforts to enhance existing portfolio assets, in addition to his continuing oversight of engineering and build to suit opportunities.

Founded nearly 60 years ago, the Whitesell organization is a full-service commercial real estate development and management company. Whitesell’s Class A office, flex and industrial warehouse space comprise over 90 buildings and 9.3 million square feet strategically located in southern New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania.
