Synchronoss Names John Frederick as Chief Financial Officer

Synchronoss Technologies, Inc., the leader in mobile cloud innovation for mobile carriers, enterprises, retailers and OEMs around the world, announced that John Frederick, a technology industry veteran, will become Synchronoss’ Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Before joining the company, Mr. Frederick was Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and Financial Officer of Avid Technologies, a company providing technology solutions to media and creative professionals worldwide. Prior to Avid, Mr. Frederick was Corporate Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Open Solutions, Inc., a technology provider to financial institutions worldwide, which was acquired in January 2013 by Fiserv, Inc. Prior to Open Solutions Inc., Mr. Frederick served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SafeNet, Inc., a global encryption security company.
