Sussex Bank is has announced the opening of its newest Banking Center in Oradell. The 1,300 square foot Banking Center will have a staff of three personal bankers and one business development manager. Customers will have the benefit of being assisted by banking professionals in a more personal and informal environment. It will also offer a tablet station where customers can conduct online banking transactions, a full-service ATM, a drive-thru, and a full service lending team on-premises.
“Our aim is to make banking with us simple, fast and easy—we have created an environment and a process that integrates all banking channels and combines a lending team and insurance team with banking professionals – creating an “integrated banking experience” said Anthony Labozzetta, president & CEO of Sussex Bank.
“Advances in technology and shifting customer behaviors have created a paradigm shift in the banking industry. The changes in how customers are banking and the way they want to interact have impacted our business model. Customers want an “integrated banking experience” that combines the best of technology and automation with exceptional service. Our answer to the changing environment is to embrace technology in a way that frees our employees to have more meaningful, engaging and higher value human interactions with our customers. We are creating a seamless customer experience with the intent of improving overall customer satisfaction,” Labozzetta added.
“We are strategically and methodically expanding our footprint to feature our innovative “Banking Centers.” We are implementing a service model that is consistent with our customers’ banking preferences, while also improving our operating leverage,” said Vito Giannola, chief retail officer & executive vice president of Sussex Bank.
The Team already feels “at home” thanks, in a large part, to the efforts of Samera Martinez, the Head of the Banking Center. Samera is not only a long-time resident of nearby River Edge, but she has been preparing for the grand opening for the past year, building strong community relationships. “I have been living and working in this community for 20 years and I am excited to be able to continue serving the business, commercial and personal banking needs of my friends and neighbors, added Martinez.
