A group of public officials including U.S. Congressmen including Donald W. Norcross, New Jersey State Senator Nilsa Cruz-Perez and Borough of Lawnside Mayor Mary Ann Wardlow joined executives from Sterling Properties to celebrate the opening of Station Place, a new upscale apartment community in Lawnside.
Since officially launching earlier in June the community has experienced incredible momentum and has leased over 40 residences to date.
Located at 400 East Oak Avenue, steps from the Woodcrest PATCO station, Station Place is a collection of 144 studio, one- and two-bedroom residences featuring spacious layouts and contemporary decor. Developed by Sterling — a leading development organization with a wide range of upscale real estate throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Connecticut — the community is enhanced by a carefully curated collection of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces that will enable residents to work, play, commute and relax with ease.
“Today we celebrate an exciting new addition to the Lawnside community as we officially cut the ribbon on Station Place,” said Wayne Zuckerman, partner and co-founder of Sterling Properties. “We’re incredibly proud of the beautiful community we’ve been able to deliver and deeply appreciative of our partnership with the Lawnside and State government officials who have been instrumental in helping bring Station Place to fruition.”
Station Place features modern, forward-thinking amenities designed to elevate the living experience for every resident. The vast indoor and outdoor amenity areas include an outdoor pool, resident lounge, fitness center, bocce courts, BBQ area, package lockers, and private garage parking.
“The opening of Station Place marks an important milestone in the Borough of Lawnside’s Oak Avenue Redevelopment plan,” Mayor Wardlow stated. “The community brings the type of high-quality housing that is in high demand near the PATCO station. We anticipate it will play a significant role in helping to further establish Lawnside as one of the region’s most desirable residential options.”
“Everyone deserves a safe, affordable place to call home, especially now as we continue to fight the coronavirus and begin to recover from its impact on our lives and economy,“ said Congressman Donald Norcross. “This new housing will provide Lawnside families with the foundation they need to build back better, as well as access to public transportation, jobs and quality education. It’s an honor to celebrate the completion of this project, and I look forward to seeing how these new homes positively impact the community and children for generations to come.”
Residences are thoughtfully designed and include high-end features and finishes such as LED lighting, European-style cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, luxury wood-look flooring, quartz countertops, plush bedroom carpets, and in-unit washer and dryer.
With a location just moments from the Woodcrest PATCO station, Station Place puts residents just a short ride away from Philadelphia, New York City and beyond. Additionally, Station Place residents will enjoy proximity to a large network of parks, as well as a wide variety of shopping and dining options.
