Accounting, tax and business advisory firm Sax LLP is relocating the firm’s flagship office from Clifton to a 39,810-square-foot office within the new campus, LATITUDE in Parsippany. The new office will be located at 389 Interpace Parkway, and the move will take place by the end of 2020.
As a joint venture partnership between affiliates Vision Real Estate Partners and Rubenstein Partners L.P., the 700,000-square-foot LATITUDE campus is being transformed into a next-generation, holistic workplace. The 35-acre, two-building campus features two symmetrical five-story wings comprised of offices, meeting spaces, and lifestyle services and experiences. The wings connect through a new central glass atrium and feature common areas, multiple dining options, fitness centers, and collaborative spaces with design themes inspired by cities across the U.S. – from New York City to Denver to Los Angeles. As employees travel from one end of the property to the other, they transition through “time zones” punctuated by artistic and design elements, as well as cuisine options with distinct regional flavors.
“As our firm has evolved and expanded over the years, we’ve paid close attention to the ever-changing needs of our employees and clients. With that, we’ve worked to find an environment that brings our capabilities to the next level and strengthens us for the future,” said Joseph Damiano, managing partner at Sax LLP. “LATITUDE provides us with world-class services, amenities and an environment that will help us attract the next generation of professional talent. Combined with the building’s innovative design, one can’t help but feel productive and the positive energy from working there.”
“LATITUDE is designed to transcend the traditional work routine,” said Sam Morreale, founder and managing partner of Vision Real Estate Partners. “At LATITUDE, you don’t just come to the office to work – you come here to share experiences across disciplines and companies to become the most successful version of yourself. We look forward to being a part of this exciting new chapter in the future of Sax LLP.”
Sax was represented by Tim Greiner and Brendan McBride of JLL in this transaction.
“Brendan and I were thrilled to help Sax achieve their ambitions of sourcing a modern workplace that would elevate their firm for the future,” said Timothy R. Greiner, executive managing director, brokerage at JLL. “LATITUDE was a great fit for the progressive and expanding firm, as it combines state-of-the art design and a workplace that fosters a productive and dynamic work-life experience to attract and retain their exceptional talent.”
