Ripco Real Estate Inks Three New Leases at CVS Plaza in Secaucus

Curtis Nassau of Ripco Real Estate, a retail brokerage firm in the New York Metro area, announced three new signed leases at 101 Plaza Center in Secaucus, with the addition of Habanero Halal Grill, USA Wine Trader’s Club, and Dollar Plus.

101 Plaza Center is a 53,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by CVS, KFC, and T-Mobile. Additional tenants include Bagel Buffet, Plaza Pizza, Jon Giacomo Hair Salon, among others.

Newly renovated, 101 Plaza Center has undergone exterior façade and parking lot renovations. Storefronts display a more modern, brick design, with a few tenants benefiting from more prominent façade heights.

“The renovation is a very valuable asset in telling the story of the shopping plaza,” says Daniel Zappala, Retail Leasing Specialist at Ripco. “Not only will the shopping center be aesthetically pleasing, but the Tenants benefit from the dedicated surface parking field and convenient access to and from Route 3.”

“With only one small vacancy left in the center and renovations nearing completion, we feel confident in our ability to bring this shopping center to 100 percent occupancy,” said Michael Rawlins, also of Ripco.

Rawlins and Zappala have worked with ownership over the last year to help oversee the leasing of the center and have consummated the three leases to date. There is one 1,900 square foot unit remaining in the plaza.
