The company was founded in 1973 by Ignatius Paul Molinari as a small family business meeting the printing needs of businesses in the Tri-State Area (NY, NJ & CT). Adding to its printing solutions, the company expanded its products and services to include promotional marketing & graphic communications when it joined the Proforma distributor network and became Proforma Repromatic.
