Relocation Strategies® Opens New Jersey Office

Relocation Strategies®, a consulting and project management firm that was established with the goal of providing clients with one non-biased source responsible for planning and managing all aspects of a corporate relocation, has opened its first New Jersey location in Clinton. Since being founded in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1994, the company has moved over 25,000 corporate employees, including an excess of 12 million square feet of office, industrial and medical space. In addition to the newest location in Clinton, the company has offices in Cincinnati, OH, Charlotte, NC, Phoenix, AZ, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO and Tampa, FL.

Known for relocating high profile clients such as Procter & Gamble, Kellogg’s, DHL and Sara Lee, Relocation Strategies® has strengthened its national presence by adding New Jersey to the growing list of locations.

Barry Glassman, the owner of Relocation Strategies Northern New Jersey® has a background with over twenty years of successful achievements directing large implementation projects, managing business operations, and leading sales, program and account management divisions for large companies within the telecommunications and retail industries. He has held positions of Regional Manager, National Director and Vice President throughout his career.

The company works closely with the commercial real estate community, advising their clients on potential relocation expenditures, along with overcoming potential logistical difficulties associated with their clients’ moves. Its projects range from corporate office relocations from city-to-city, to large industrial expansions across the country.

The company provides a turn-key solution encompassing everything from establishing a master project scope and comprehensive budget development, to operational relocation analysis & feasibility, to impacts on productivity. It selects and manages furniture necessities, cabling infrastructure, IT support, telecommunications, movers, and security system vendors. For industrial and renovation projects, Relocation Strategies® has involvement with skilled trades such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, heavy equipment rigging and other specialty contractors.
