Barry Glassman, the owner of Relocation Strategies Northern New Jersey® has a background with over twenty years of successful achievements directing large implementation projects, managing business operations, and leading sales, program and account management divisions for large companies within the telecommunications and retail industries. He has held positions of Regional Manager, National Director and Vice President throughout his career.
The company works closely with the commercial real estate community, advising their clients on potential relocation expenditures, along with overcoming potential logistical difficulties associated with their clients’ moves. Its projects range from corporate office relocations from city-to-city, to large industrial expansions across the country.
The company provides a turn-key solution encompassing everything from establishing a master project scope and comprehensive budget development, to operational relocation analysis & feasibility, to impacts on productivity. It selects and manages furniture necessities, cabling infrastructure, IT support, telecommunications, movers, and security system vendors. For industrial and renovation projects, Relocation Strategies® has involvement with skilled trades such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, heavy equipment rigging and other specialty contractors.
