Realtor Breaks Record for Highest Sale in Warren County

Devon LeCompte of Kienlen Lattmann Sotheby’s International Realty (KLSIR) recently brokered the largest residential real estate transaction ever recorded in Warren County’s history according to the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. Mountain View Estates recently closed just under $3.2 million. The sale was managed by LeCompte with assistance from Concierge Luxury Auctions.

“Through the combination of the company’s vast reach and Ms. LeCompte‘s expertise, we were able to produce a buyer for this extraordinary estate,” said Jeff Fellers, vice president of operations at KLSIR.

The property closed in July with Devon LeCompte of KLSIR representing both sides of the transaction. Mountain View Road West boasts 100 lush acres, a beautiful main residence, updated guest cottage, manager’s house, exquisite equestrian stables and several additional outbuildings.
