The Ready-To-Wear spaces, which comprise a total of 100,333 square-feet, feature unique, custom designs that are immediately ready to occupy and offer flexible, short-term leasing options.
Due to the incredible demand for the metroburb’s turnkey office suites, Somerset Development is in the midst of bringing an additional 6,884 square-feet of office space to market, which will comprise five new Ready-To-Wear office suites available for lease.
