Prager Metis Announces New Affiliate, PM Human Capital Solutions

Prager Metis CPAs, LLC, a leading accounting, tax, advisory and business consulting firm, announced it has created a new staffing company specializing in recruitment services. PM Human Capital Solutions, LLC.  The company will be led by Mike Zaremski as president and CEO. Zaremski joins Prager Metis and brings over 20 years of human resources, operations and leadership experience within the public accounting and staffing industries.

PM Human Capital Solutions was formed in response to the significant demand for talent in today’s market. They will assist clients in addressing the gap that exists and to create a more conducive talent acquisition strategy.

Mike Zaremski has been a leader and innovator in the area of Human Resources, Staffing, and Public Accounting.   Mike started his career with PwC and after 4 years decided to pursue a career in the Recruitment industry. After several years in the recruiting industry, Mike returned to his roots with a joint venture with a top 20 accounting firm. He was most recently the president of a NYC boutique staffing firm.
