Pharmaceutical Company Generichem Locating to Towaco

Pharmaceutical company Generichem has signed a lease for its new corporate office/distribution facility located at 425 Main Road in the Towaco section of Montville Township, Morris County, in a deal negotiated by CBRE.

Generichem has been serving the pharmaceutical and nutritional industries with quality ingredients since 1976. They represent producers of pharmaceutical products, nutritional products, and excipients worldwide, exceeding the highest international standards.

Once engaged, the CBRE team began searching for a new office/distribution facility in the spring of 2022 scouring the market which has a vacancy rate of 3% for their new location. 425 Main Road satisfied many of the factors that the company was seeking and they ultimately signed a long-term lease at the facility.

“We are pleased to accommodate the principals of Generichem in their search for a new office/warehouse facility in a very challenging industrial availability market,” said Tom Mallaney, first vice president, CBRE. “425 Main Road will allow the company to continue their growth over many years.”

The ownership, Schuster Baumer, LLC, built and maintained this facility.
