Parker McCay Promotes Four Associates to Counsel

Mount Laurel-based law firm Parker McCay announces the promotions of Brian Caine, Elyse Crawford, Craig Gargano, and Brett Gorman to Counsel.

Brian Caine focuses his practice on representing the rights of creditors and commercial lenders in both state court foreclosure matters and federal bankruptcy proceedings. Caine has been with the firm since 2012.

Elyse Crawford assists clients with all facets of the construction industry, including preconstruction phase planning, specification, bid and contract drafting in both the public and private sectors. Crawford joined the firm’s Construction Department in 2013.

Craig Gargano serves as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel for the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable municipal debt, in order to facilitate a wide variety of public projects and programs for local, state and bi-state issuers, including cities, counties, school districts, public authorities and bi-state agencies.  Gargano has been a member of the Public Finance group since 2008.

Brett Gorman focuses his practice on representing public school boards of education in all areas affecting their operations, including special education, civil litigation, labor and employment and negotiations. Gorman has been with the firm since May 2011.
