Paradigm to Host CollabHERation Women’s Networking Conference

The two-day virtual event brings together women business owners from across NJ

Pine Brook-based  Paradigm Marketing and Design has  announced plans to host CollabHERation networking event in partnership with nine New Jersey-based women business leaders. The conference will be held virtually from May 12 – 13.

The inaugural event brings together women business owners and leaders from across New Jersey for two days of knowledge sharing, networking, and unbiased support to help them uncover valuable insights and learn new strategies to power personal and professional success.

Day one will feature a keynote presentation by Z100’s Danielle Morano, co-host of Elvis Duran and The Morning Show, where she will talk about how she built a wildly successful career while raising a family—and lessons learned along the way. During her address, Being Unapologetically You, the 24-year radio veteran and mother of two will discuss the importance of knowing your worth, creating an environment that supports you and your vision, creating boundaries, living your values, and building your table.

The keynote event will be rounded out by a series of panel discussions, webinars, and networking sessions aimed at helping women grow their companies and teams through professional development. Topics will also delve into the areas of personal growth, balancing work and home responsibilities, financial empowerment, legal protection, and how to be a successful caregiver while working full time.

“Women business leaders wear many hats while building their empires; they’re running a business or team, leading staff, raising and supporting families, and volunteering in their local communities—and they’re doing it well,” said Rachel Durkan, founder and president, Paradigm Marketing and Design. “But there is tremendous power in the collective. CollabHERation gives like-minded women an opportunity to support, encourage, and inspire each other to achieve limitless growth.”
