Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Purchases Assets of Proteus Digital Health

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc., with locations in Princeton and Rockville, MD, has purchased the assets of Proteus Digital Health, Inc., including assets and intellectual property for its ingestible and wearable sensor technology.

This milestone in the evolution of Otsuka’s digital medicine program strengthens its research and product development plan for a next-generation digital medicine that supports patient wellness, treatment decisions and the connections between patients and their healthcare teams.
