Nozza and Cascio of Bussel Realty Broker Sale of 27 Acres of Land in East Windsor
On Sep 19, 2016Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), an industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced its arranged the sale of 27 acres of land, located at 159 Milford Road in East Windsor.
BRC Senior Vice Presidents Stephen Nozza and John Cascio represented both the seller, Conair Corporation, and the buyer, RREEF America LLC, which manages a wide range of portfolios of both public and private real estate assets. The sales price was not disclosed.
“Our relationship with Conair Corporation spans 30 years — we represented the company in one of its first real estate acquisitions,” noted Nozza. “The site is ideal for commercial development and has great access to the New Jersey Turnpike.”
159 Milford Road is a 27-acre site located near Exit 8 of the New Jersey Turnpike and directly off of Milford Road, across from Conair Corporation’s headquarters. The site has approvals in place for commercial real estate development.
