NJ Elder Law Center Joins Mandelbaum Salsburg

The New Jersey Elder Law Center at Goldberg Law Group joins Mandelbaum Salsburg P.C.’s Elder Law Practice and will be known as the New Jersey Elder Law Center at Mandelbaum Salsburg. The practice group will operate out of the firm’s Roseland headquarters.

Certified Elder Law Attorneys Richard I. Miller of Mandelbaum Salsburg and Eric Goldberg, founder and principal of the New Jersey Elder Law Center, will share management responsibilities for NJELC at Mandelbaum Salsburg by serving as co-chairs of the expanded practice group. With this move, Eric has also become a member of Mandelbaum Salsburg.

“We are excited to have the NJELC team join Mandelbaum Salsburg as we will now be able to offer our elder law clients a unique elder law experience, combining the boutique feel and philosophy of the NJELC with the full-service platform at Mandelbaum Salsburg,” says CEO William S. Barrett.  Richard I. Miller, who will co-chair the practice with Eric Goldberg adds, “Our elder law clients will now get an expanded services lineup through a revolutionary practice model that will ensure that our clients continue to receive the highest quality legal services to address their elder law needs by a staff that has more than a half a century of experience.”

“The similarities between our culture, beliefs and commitment to clients is astounding,” says Eric Goldberg. “In addition, our practices complement one another, allowing for both firms to provide our clients with mutually beneficial services.  We immediately saw the benefit of working together to offer our clients a full-service experience comprised of our planning and application functions and Richard’s estate and probate litigation experience,” Eric added.

With NJELC joining Mandelbaum Salsburg, the firm also gains a chief strategy officer in Clelia Pergola, co-author of The Law Firm Revolution. Clelia will also serve as executive director of NJELC at Mandelbaum Salsburg.
