Newmark Associates Announces Sale of Hunterdon County Industrial Park
On May 23, 2023Newmark Associates has announced the sale of the 157,000-square-foot industrial park in Readington Township, Hunterdon County, for $15.5 million. The site, near Route 22, provides convenient access to major transportation routes, including highways and railways, and is one of the most sought-after locales for companies in various industries, including pharmaceutical testing/manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and logistics.
The sale was the result of the collective efforts of Newmark Managing Director Deborah Myers, who represented the buyer, Commerce Park Investors, LLC, and the sales team of Helene Elbaum and Marjorie Dorne-Murphy, who represented the seller.
