Walters Realty, a newly formed division of Walters Homes, has sold its first single-family home at 333 S. 3rd St., Surf City for $1.1 million. The brand new 2,294-square-foot home is a “model of fine custom building,” according to Patrick Bocchicchio, broker with Walters Realty and the listing agent. Katherine Spataro, broker with Bayshore Agency in Ship Bottom, represented the buyer.
