New Jersey Accounting Firms Announce Merger

The accounting firms of Parness & Parness, PC and Spire Group, PC recently announced a merger. Effective January 1, 2017, Parness & Parness will be recognized as Spire Group, PC. The merger was facilitated by Philip Whitman, CPA and David Wolfskehl of Whitman Business Advisors.

Spire Group, PC is a full-service certified public accounting firm specializing in accounting and assurance, business management, technology, and tax and advisory services. The firm’s clients include startups, closely help/family businesses, nonprofits, governmental entities, and high-net-worth individuals.
