National Logistics Firm Comes to NJ

Temco Logistics of Pomona, California, has leased 57,076 square feet of industrial space at 450 Murray Hill Parkway in East Rutherford, NAI James E. Hanson has announced.

As the company sought to grow in the New York City metropolitan area, it tapped NAI James E. Hanson to identify an adaptable and well-located space in northern New Jersey.

Leveraging their local contacts, NAI James Hanson was able to identify 450 Murray Hill Parkway as the ideal first New Jersey location for Temco. Spanning 340,000 square feet, the building is less than a mile from the Metlife Sports Complex and provides easy access to the Tri-State area via the nearby New Jersey Turnpike and superior regional connectivity provided by local highways such as Route 3, 17, 21 and 46. Temco Logistics’ new space boasts 24’ clear ceiling heights, five tailboards, two drive-ins and 4,700 square feet of office space.
