NAI Mertz Closes Sale of Two Office Buildings in Mt. Laurel

NAI Mertz, a full-service commercial real estate firm serving southern New Jersey and greater Philadelphia, recently completed the sale of two Class A office buildings located at 5000 & 7000 Atrium Way within Horizon Corporate Center in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.  Both buildings encompass 50,000 square feet each–5000 Atrium Way is 100 percent leased and 7000 Atrium Way has one 12,000-square-foot unit available for lease.

The NAI Mertz team of Rebecca Ting, SIOR, vice president, and Julie Kronfeld, sales associate, represented the seller, SJS Realty of Cherry Hill New Jersey in the transaction. The buildings were sold to Main Line Development LLC for an undisclosed amount.

“With the recent uptick in the office market, coupled with our focused marketing campaigns to drive up occupancy, we were pleased to have been able to fill most of the vacant suites to make these properties more marketable for sale as investment opportunities,” said Ting.
