NAI Hanson, a New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, facilitates a 34,550-square-foot lease at 93 Entin Road in Clifton.
Senior Vice Presidents Kenneth D. Lundberg, SIOR and Barry J. Cohorsky, SIOR — along with Managing Director of Corporate Services Scott K. Perkins, SIOR — marketed the location and closed the transaction on behalf of the industrial property’s landlord, WEA Enterprises.
Granite Kitchen and Bath LLC, a wholesaler of granite countertops, signed the lease at 93 Entin Road in order to accommodate its expanding business. The company, which will use the space for large-scale cutting and shipping, was initially attracted to the property due to the landlord’s reputation for responsive management, the property’s location and its various building features, including 4,500 square feet of office space, a 2,500-square-foot mezannine, 16-foot ceilings and 25 X 40 column spacing. The property also boasts a tailgate, an expandable drive-in, a new roof and new epoxy floors.
“With a fenced in yard area, it was very conducive to their operation to have adequate outside storage for their stone and granite materials,” commented Cohorsky. “Due to our ownership’s responsive nature, we were able to come to terms with the lease agreement within 24 hours.”
Located less than a mile from the intersection of Routes 3 and 21, the site provides easy access to several major highways, including the Garden State Parkway.
