NAI Hanson, a New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, announces that it has facilitated the lease of 22,203 square feet at 60 Saddle River Avenue in South Hackensack.
Vice Presidents Jeff DeMagistris, SIOR and Tom Vetter, SIOR of NAI Hanson marketed the space and managed the transaction on behalf of the industrial property’s owner, Safer Development and Management, Inc.
The new tenant, periodicals distributor Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, Inc., leased the space in order to take advantage of the facility’s advantageous location, approximately two miles from the Garden State Parkway and Interstate 80. The company was also attracted to the space’s ease-of-use features, including two loading docks, one drive-in and 1,500 square feet of office space.
“With clients throughout the region, this company needed a centralized storage facility from which it could manage routing and distribution for a variety of national, regional and local publications,” DeMagistris said. “Sitting between I-80 and the Garden State Parkway the space offers an ideal location as well as optimal shipping/delivery capability relative to the volume of product moving through.”Related Articles:
