NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announced it has negotiated a lease for 13,000 square feet of industrial space at 70 Triangle Boulevard in Carlstadt, to Cavalli Cabinets. NAI Hanson’s Russell Verducci and Eric Demmers represented the lessee, Cavalli Cabinets, in the lease transaction with the landlord, 70 Triangle Associates, LLC.
70 Triangle Boulevard is a 46,700-square-foot industrial building located in the heart of Carlstadt’s industrial zone. The well-maintained building offers direct access to the New Jersey Turnpike via Exit 16W as well as Routes 3, 17, 46 and 80. With two loading docks and one drive-in, this property features a supreme location for a variety of warehousing and distribution needs.
Cavalli Cabinets was seeking to relocate some of its kitchen cabinet assembly operations from its Carteret, location to a more accessible building with better access to New York City. This space provides them with that accessibility to allow them to expand their business.
