Maser Consulting Announces New Leadership Structure

Richard M. Maser, founder of Red Bank-based Maser Consulting P.A., has announced the firm has made a strategic change in its leadership. While maintaining his role as chairman and chief executive officer of the firm, he is passing the company presidency to Kevin L. Haney, PE and has advanced long-time director, Leonardo E. Ponzio, PLS to the position of executive vice president. Haney and Ponzio will continue to maintain their previous responsibilities as chief operations officer and chief administrative officer respectively.

“While I am not reducing my commitment to the company, this is a planned transition to our leadership team,” stated Richard Maser. “In fact, I will continue seeking opportunities that will strengthen and provide long term stability for the company, and I look forward to continuing to drive the Company’s direction for success.”

Known for its diversification of services, Maser Consulting has been expanding nationally with a focus on strategically hiring industry leaders to reinforce existing services and grow them into new territories.
