Marcus & Millichap Completes $3,200,000 Sale

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 29,577-square-foot mixed-use property located in Bayonne, for $3,200,000, according to Brian C. Hosey, regional manager of the firm’s New Jersey office.

Alan Cafiero, David Cafiero and Ben Sgambati, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer.  The team also secured and represented the buyer, a private investor.

The subject property Bayonne Plaza (Retail/Medical Office) is located at 473 Broadway in Bayonne.  The building sits at the signalized intersection of Broadway and 22nd Street, just half a mile from Bayonne Medical Center. There are many neighboring national retailers including Rite Aid, Wells Fargo, KFC, and Chase Bank, among others.
