The U.S. Department of Clean Energy (DOE) is seeking to establish a major Clean Energy Manufacturing Innovation Institute. This institute will research and develop technologies that will advance U.S. manufacturing competitiveness, energy efficiency and innovation. It will focus on early-stage research, and developing the workforce for advancing cybersecurity in energy efficient manufacturing.
Rutgers University, lead partner the University of Texas at San Antonion (UTSA), and other strategic academic partners – all national leaders in Smart Manufacturing and Cybersecurity – are urgently seeking input from key manufacturing sectors to help shape this institute’s critical mission.
Invited speakers include Mike Molnar, director, Manufacturing USA.
