Mack-Cali Announces New 43,534-Square-Foot Lease With Ascensia Diabetes Care US, Inc.

Mack-Cali Realty Corporation has announced that Ascensia Diabetes Care US, Inc., a leader in blood glucose monitoring that is owned by Panasonic Healthcare Holdings Co., Ltd. and leading global investment firm KKR, will bring their U.S. headquarters to 5 Wood Hollow Road in Parsippany. Ascensia signed a lease for 43,534 square feet for over 10 years. The award-winning Mack-Cali property is a 317,040-square-foot, three-story, class A office building in Morris County with easy highway access, a sophisticated infrastructure, and outstanding amenities. Ascensia joins AIG, Coyne PR, Groupe SEB, The MI Group, and Decision Resources to bring this trophy asset to 98.6 percent leased.

Strategically located and beautifully renovated, 5 Wood Hollow Road is LEED Gold certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. It is located at the nexus of I-287 and I-80, with I-280, and routes 202, 46, and 10 all nearby, giving tenants easy commuting access.
