Loscalzo Associates Expands Tax Training Capabilities With Acquisition of Nichols Patrick CPE

Shrewsberry-based Loscalzo Associates, a provider of LIVE CPE programs servicing the accounting profession, announced the acquisition of Nichols Patrick CPE, a Youngstown, Ohio continuing education provider specializing in tax training.

Terms of the transaction were not released.  Nichols Patrick CPE operations will remain based in suburban Youngstown.
