Leica Camera Celebrates Grand Opening of its New North American HQ

Leica Camera, Inc. has opened a 12,274-square-foot North American headquarters at its Glenpointe corporate campus, located at 500 Frank W. Boulevard in Teaneck.

Founded in 1869, Leica Camera, Inc. is an international, premium manufacturer of cameras and sports optics dedicated to the advancement of photography.

Relocating from its previous North American headquarters in Allendale, Leica Camera’s new home at Glenpointe combines an office, showroom and repair facility into one space. The office includes ample working spaces for the company’s employees who work from the office each day as well as an equipment repair facility. In a nod to Leica’s highly sought-after cameras, the office also boasts a camera display showroom. Beyond its own space, Leica’s presence is also felt in the shared hallways outside of the office through the display of prints from Leica Camera’s global network of professional and amateur photographers.

“We are honored to celebrate the grand opening of Leica Camera’s new North American headquarters with their team,” said Carolina Gutierrez, manager, leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “Their creative use of not just their space, but the entire campus, highlights the endless possibilities presented to companies searching for a home at Glenpointe.”

Beyond the new office, Leica Camera’s employees will also be able to enjoy Glenpointe’s diverse slate of amenity offerings that include a Marketplace, An Urban Eatery at Glenpointe, a 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Fitness Center, The Green, a 22,000-square-foot multi-purpose outdoor amenity space, 700 hotel rooms across three on-site hotels, casual and fine dining options, an on-site full-service Starbucks, abundant covered parking and 24/7 security.

Further enhancing the tenant experience is Glenpointe’s partnership with Better Spaces, a tenant engagement service that operates via The Pointe, an on-site community lounge, as well as virtually through the Better Spaces app, to offer tenants over 40 free programs and classes per week.
