Konica Minolta Adds Leading IT Services Team Through Acquisition of Altuscio Networks

Ramsey-based Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, Inc., (Konica Minolta) a leader in information management focused on enterprise content, technology optimization and cloud services, today announced the acquisition of Altuscio Networks. Altuscio will operate as a subsidiary company under its own name and current management team.

Founded in 2001 in Atlanta, Georgia, Altuscio is one of the leading IT Services companies in the South region. The company has expertise in cloud, IT security and the management of IT systems. The Altuscio team also has a specialization in supporting healthcare organizations, with a range of compliance and HIPAA consulting services.
