Kelco Industries/C&C Cola Signs Long-Term Lease at Legacy Commerce Center

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a corporate and industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, announces that Kelco Industries/C&C Cola  has signed a long-term lease for industrial space at 301 Pleasant Avenue in Linden, a new Class A, 144,000-square-foot industrial facility.

301 Pleasant Avenue is part of Legacy Commerce Center, a 60-acre, state-of-the-art industrial park that is located minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike and five miles from Port Newark/Elizabeth.

BRC President Steve Bussel, SIOR, was responsible for the transaction and represented the tenant.  CBRE represented the owner and developer of the property and Legacy Commerce Center, Duke Realty.

301 Pleasant Avenue is a 144,000-square foot industrial facility, with 50-foot by 50-foot column spacing, 28-foot ceiling height, high-bay fluorescent lighting, ESFR sprinkler system, electric power to suit, 20 dock doors, concrete-paved trailer pads, levelers, seals and bumpers, ample vehicle parking with opportunity for trailer parking, and a TPO mechanically fastened roof.  The property is located with Legacy Commerce Center and is one of the few new, first-generation logistics facilities in the region.
