Delta Dental of New Jersey, Inc. (DDNJ) has promoted Justin Lahullier to chief information officer (CIO)/vice president of Information Services. He was previously assistant vice president of Strategic Decision Support and Data Services where his focus was on driving value using analytics, data visualization, and storytelling.
In his new role, Lahullier will be responsible for driving business growth from all areas of information technology and analytics to DDNJ and external partners and optimizing IT delivery and support.
“Justin’s proven track record aligning IT solutions with corporate strategy and his deep experience with Delta Dental made him the obvious choice to lead our IT operations,” said Lori Acker, Senior Vice President, Operational Transformation, Delta Dental of New Jersey. “We look forward to continued growth and innovation under his leadership.”
Joining Parsippany-based DDNJ in 2000, Lahullier has held several key positions in areas including Compliance, Product Development, Strategic Planning, and Informatics. As Manager of Planning & Product Development, he led a multi-year project that integrated and enhanced data, reporting and analytics across all lines of business.
Lahullier graduated from Monmouth University with a bachelor’s degree in management and an MBA in Health Care Administration. A former Chief of the East Rutherford Fire Department, Lahullier currently serves as a Trustee on the Board of the Alpha Chi Rho Educational Foundation and holds a seat on the Bergen County Freeholders’ Public Safety Communications Advisory Board.
