JA of New Jersey (JANJ) has been named the recipient of the Innovator of the Year award at the upcoming Community Leaders of Distinction Awards, hosted by the Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce (MCRCC). The ceremony will take place at The Pines Manor in Edison on May 31, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Established in 1997, the Community Leader of Distinction Awards (an annual event that has been a pillar) of the MCRCC’s program. The nomination process provides an opportunity for employees, residents, beneficiaries, and other individuals to acknowledge an individual or organization that goes above and beyond in its duties. Past honorees have come from various backgrounds, including nonprofit organizations, local governments, small businesses, and multinational corporations. The honorees are united by their desire to contribute to the betterment of the community through their philanthropic contributions, volunteer efforts, and commitment to ethical business practices.
