J.G. Petrucci Company Announces New Industrial Construction

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc., a development and design/build organization has announced the construction of two brand new build-to-suit industrial buildings located in Middlesex County. The Class-A buildings will be located less than a mile from New Jersey Turnpike Exit 8A, midway between New York City and Philadelphia, PA.

Both property locations will offer abundant labor and close proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike.  Area neighbors include major corporations such as Barnes and Noble, Conagra Foods, Williams Sonoma, Home Depot and Volkswagon.

The first industrial opportunity, located just 45 miles from New York City at 15 Stults Road in South Brunswick Township is a 63,506-square-foot. industrial building scheduled for delivery by the end of October 2015. The state-of-the-art facility features high bay clear height, and ample parking and loading docks as well as an ESFR sprinkler system.

Petrucci is also preparing for groundbreaking of the second industrial facility located at 30 Engelhard Drive in Monroe Township.  Less than an hour from New York City, the 130,102-square-foot state-of-the-art building is divisible and features high bay clear height, ample parking and loading docks, as well as an ESFR sprinkler system.  The building will be delivered in the 2^nd quarter of 2016 in time to meet anticipated market demands.
