“We are honored to receive this prominent award recognizing Ambrell’s information technology initiative,” said Tony Mazzullo, president of Ambrell.  “The new system allows us to analyze and manage customer interactions including applications testing, sales transactions, and customer service activities.  The fully integrated system includes our multi-language Ambrell website, marketing automation software, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and a corporate ERP application.  Ambrell now offers our customers a great experience because our staff has at their fingertips a complete history of interactions with each customer, from the first-contact event through post-sale service.  Ambrell’s investment in information technology enhances our approach to digital marketing and customer support for the benefit of our customers.”

“We are very proud to have Ambrell recognized by Frost & Sullivan’s ML Council,” commented James Pelrin, inTEST president and CEO.  “We acquired Ambrell in May 2017 and it has quickly become an integral part of inTEST.  The activities undertaken in support of this technology initiative have had a very positive impact, and Ambrell has made solid contributions to inTEST’s operations.  Testament to the synergies created by the acquisition, strong sales that have come from the Ambrell team are complemented by inTEST’s operational acumen, further supporting inTEST’s position as a global leader in today’s marketplace.”

Jeff Moad, Director of the Manufacturing Leadership Awards, noted, “With this recognition, Ambrell joins an elite group of world-class manufacturing companies that are redefining excellence and shaping the future of global manufacturing, bringing fundamental changes to the way we live.  Ambrell plays a key enabling role, accelerating the transformative era of thermal processing technologies, and delivering significant value to the Company’s global customer base.”

Ambrell will be recognized at Frost and Sullivan’s 14th Annual Manufacturing Leadership Awards Gala.  ML Award winners and their partners will be honored on June 13, at a gala celebration that concludes the ML Summit in Huntington Beach, Calif.
