According to Inroads to Opportunities, Bagnato has demonstrated leadership, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to advancing Inroads’ mission since joining the organization in 2012. “His knowledge of vocational and educational programming, combined with his ability to foster strong relationships with staff, stakeholders, funding sources, service providers, and the individuals the agency serve and their families/guardians, has contributed significantly to the growth and success of our organization,” said Angela Calzone, president and CEO of Inroads to Opportunities.
In addition to continuing his oversight of employment services, extended employment (EE) services, evaluation, and transition services, Bagnato’s role will be expanded to support several key growth initiatives across the organization. These additional responsibilities include expanding pre-employment transition services (Pre-ETS) programming, developing, and strengthening partnerships with local high schools through job sampling opportunities, and facilitating the implementation and launch of Project SEARCH.
