Industrious and BentallGreenOak Bringing New Coworking Location to Jersey City

Industrious, a provider of workspaces, has partnered with BentallGreenOak, a global real estate investment manager, to operate a new flexible workplace at Newport Tower, on Jersey City’s picturesque waterfront. The new flexible workplace will span 43,000 square feet on the tower’s third floor, and builds upon Industrious’ strong regional network of flexible workspace with over 340,000 square feet across Brooklyn, Manhattan and New Jersey.

Industrious Newport Tower is situated to serve the needs of both area residents and commuters from across New Jersey and the greater New York City area. The location sits directly adjacent to the Newport PATH station with nearby access to the Holland Tunnel and NY Waterway ferry. It also offers direct access to the Newport Centre Mall, a destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment with over 130 stores.
