Incentive Rewards Provider Names Eve Kolakowski as First Female President

Pine Brook-based Rymax Marketing Services, Inc. announced the promotion of long-time employee and key executive, Eve Kolakowski. Kolakowski will now join the ranks of NJ’s most powerful women, becoming the president of the loyalty marketing behemoth.

In a company-wide statement, Rymax’s founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Marc B. Farbstein noted that while he will retain an active role in the company he started roughly 20 years ago, he will now look to Kolakowski, who has held the title of COO since 2008, to run day-to-day operations and lead company strategies.

“Eve has been with Rymax since its infancy and has played a pivotal role in the success of our business,” said Farbstein. “Her dedication, passion and influence in shaping the industry have proved to be invaluable to the growth and strength of Rymax. I am more than confident that she is the right person to continue Rymax’s reign as the industry’s foremost incentive provider.”

Kolakowski joined Rymax in 2000. She was quickly recognized as an operations powerhouse, playing an integral role in the growth of the company’s bi-coastal logistics and fulfillment operations. She is credited with helping to develop and perfect the company’s rewards and recognition platform, MaxSite™, while also playing an important role in the expansion of Rymax’s current Vendor community plan. Rymax currently maintains relationships with nearly 400 of today’s most sought-after brands.

With a positive outlook for its business, Rymax is uniquely situated in the industry to maintain and increase market share. While Farbstein, Kolakowski and their team work to prepare the business for the next phase of growth, the company remains committed to its mission of providing the highest quality representation to manufacturers and service to its customers.
