iCIMS Honored for Excellent Customer Service in 15th Annual American Business Awards

iCIMS, Inc., Matawan, a provider of cloud-based talent acquisition solutions, announced that the company has won a Bronze Stevie Award in the 15th annual American Business Awards. The company has been recognized in the Customer Service Department of the Year category among computer software companies with 100 or more employees.

Through technology and service investments, iCIMS continues to evolve its approach to the customer experience. With a new intuitive design, the iCARE Customer Support site provides access to online ticketing, training and new global search functionality to optimize the identification of resources and learning materials. The iCARE Community also encourages customers to interact with one another about the product and submit product suggestions to iCIMS through the iCARE ideas module. iCIMS’ approach to service has also received a refresh with persona-based support, which provides tailored assistance from representatives dedicated to specific customer needs.
