Hill Wallack LLP announces the relocation of its Princeton headquarters to 21 Roszel Road in the new Roszel Square, located in the heart of the Route 1/Alexander Road corridor, adjacent to Carnegie Center in West Windsor.
Hill Wallack LLP now occupies 48,000 square feet in the new three story building. Working with the architectural firm Gensler, Hill Wallack LLP has created a cutting edge legal work environment for our clients, attorneys, and staff. The state of the art interior is combined with the most modern information technology security system, a must have for modern legal practice. The firm also now has a full generator back up power supply – to keep the firm – and its clients – working through any weather or power challenge.
“We are thrilled about the opening of our new office.” said Hill Wallack LLP Managing Partner Robert W. Bacso. “This is a ratification of the firm’s growth over the past decade and the first step in the next stage of our expansion. We look forward to what the future holds for us. Great things are ahead for Hill Wallack.”
Along with 19 Roszel Road LLC, a joint venture led by Gottesman Real Estate Partners and Mountain Development Corp, the development team on this project also included Mercer Oak Realty and DTZ.
