Hill International Named Project Manager for Island City Center Residential Towers in Mumbai
On Sep 30, 2014Marlton-based Hill International, a leader in managing construction risk, announced today that it has received a contract from Bombay Realty to provide project management consultant and site supervision services for One and Two Island City Center (ICC) in Mumbai, India. The four-year contract has an estimated value to Hill of approximately $6.5 million.
One ICC will be 59 stories tall and Two ICC will be 67 stories tall, with both towers consisting of approximately 2.6 million square feet of luxury residential space on 29 acres.
“One and Two ICC will be extraordinary luxury residences that will tower over the Mumbai skyline,” said Abdo E. Kardous, Senior Vice President and Managing Director (Asia/Pacific) for Hill’s Project Management Group. “The complex will be a hallmark development in the city,” added Kardous.
