The Hampshire Companies, a full-service, private real estate investment firm with equity in assets valued at over $2.5 billion, has announced three lease transactions totaling 44,000 square feet at CENTRA, its LEED Platinum certified office building which was awarded the 2013 American Institute of Architects National Honors Award. The state-of-the-art office building is located at 186 Wood Avenue South in Woodbridge.
Grant Thorton, one of the world’s leading organizations of independent audit, tax and advisory firms with 6,000 employees worldwide, will occupy the top floor of the building in what is the largest of the leases totaling 31,288 square feet. Stern + Associates, a public relations and marketing company that specializes in thought leadership, signed a 7,558-square-foot lease and Atrium Staffing of New Jersey, an applicant-centric staffing agency, took 5,272 square feet.

CENTRA is a 110,000-square-foot, Class-A state-of-the-art office building with floor to ceiling glass, sunken gardens, and a full amenity package including a fitness center, conference center and cafe. Situated on more than 19 acres, CENTRA is ideally located within the heart of Metropark, offering close proximity to New Jersey Transit, The Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike, I-287 and Routes 1 and 27 and Newark Liberty International Airport. Currently 43,700 square feet of divisible space is available for lease at the office building which is ideal for global and local headquarter operations for a variety of industries.
