Goldstein Group Places 10 Urgent Care Facilities Throughout NJ

The Goldstein Group, a Paramus-based provider of retail real estate services, announced the placing of 10 urgent care facilities in lease transactions.
Accordingly to Chuck Lanyard, Goldstein Group president, “Urgent care operations have been a fast-growing business and have been steadily acquiring retail locations for the last few years as they continue to expand their presence in local communities.”
The deals include:
- CityMD leased 3,960 square feet at Northvale Square, 269 Livingston Street, Northvale. The Goldstein Group represented the landlord, Maxim Enterprises LLC. Ben Birnbaum from Newmark represented the tenant.
- AFC Urgent Care leased 2,600 square feet at 4200 Bergenline Avenue, Union City. The Goldstein Group represented the tenant. Commercial Retail Associates represented the landlord, Bergenline Mehra, LLC.
- AFC Urgent Care leased 3,193 square feet at 269 Route 46, Little Ferry. The Goldstein Group represented the landlord, 260 Rt 46 W, Little Ferry. Commercial Retail Associates represented the tenant.
- AFC Urgent Care leased 3,500 square feet at 77 Central Avenue, Clark. The Goldstein Group represented the tenant. CBRE represented the owner, Tamarc End Cap LLC. AFC will occupy a space to be built next to Marshalls. Target is the anchor tenant at this center.
- Medrite Urgent Care leased the former Pizza Hut space of 3,600 square feet at 950 Route 17, Ramsey next to the Holiday Inn. The Goldstein Group represented the tenant and the landlord Viltar Ramsey, LLC.
- Metrodoc leased 3,400 square feet at 365 Convery Boulevard, Perth Amboy.The Goldstein Group represented both the landlord, Convery Plaza Holdings LLC and the tenant.
- Metrodoc leased 1,950 square feet at 115 Belmont Avenue, Belleville. The Goldstein Group represented both the landlord, MIRL BOIV Belleville LLC and the tenant.
- Metrodoc leased 3,300 square feet at 378 Bergen Boulevard, Fairview. The Goldstein Group represented both the landlord, Dong In Plaza LLC and the tenant.
- Live Urgent Care leased 2,400 square feet at 65-99 Old Stage Road, Spotswood. The Goldstein Group represented the landlord, Spotswood-Lowman.
- Chai Urgent Care purchased a 2,532 square foot building at 380 Route 17, Upper Saddle River. The Goldstein Group represented the owner Upper SR Land, LLC. PL Realty represented the purchaser.
