The Goldstein Group Fully Leases Inman Grove Shopping Center in Edison

The Goldstein Group announced today that a combined total of 10,400 sf has been leased at Inman Grove Shopping Center in Edison, NJ in five different transactions.

“Inman Grove Shopping Center attracted a high demand of clientele looking to lease space within the center,” stated Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group. “This is a strong neighborhood center with a vibrant assortment of mom and pop and national retailers.”

Vice President Matthew P. Flath of The Goldstein Group represented the owner on the following new transactions:

  • Allstate Insurance leased a 1,600 sf space.
  • Planet Wings signed a lease for 1,600 sf.
  • Discovery Christian Montessori has leased a 3,200 sf space.
  • Nala Bheema Indian Restaurant leased 2,400 sf of space.
  • W.S. Rich & Son signed a lease for 1,600 sf.

The 112,404 sf shopping center located at 1083 Inman Avenue is a prime retail site at a signalized intersection and is anchored by a Stop & Shop supermarket. Neighboring tenants at the location include Big Lots, TD Bank, 7-Eleven, Walgreens, Super A&P, McDonald’s, Columbia Bank, Provident Bank, Dunkin Donuts and CVS/Pharmacy.
